Giving Your Support
How Can You Help?
First, you can spread the word. The community needs to know that a world-class medical facility for the
treatment of colon and rectal diseases exists on Long Island. Support from you in this manner will
directly impact the success of the Center for Colon and Rectal Diseases (CCRD).
Second, you can consider providing your financial support. There are several opportunities for this type of
support. Contributions will be acknowledged in the public areas of the Center, or if you wish, your contribution
can remain anonymous. The following schedule details the financial commitment levels available for consideration.
At the Supporter Level and above, your commitment may be pledged over a three to five year period.

A Special Opportunity - Naming the Center
A generous gift of $500,000 will be acknowledged through the naming of the CCRD. The donor will receive prominent signage at the entrance of the Center at 900 Northern Boulevard in Great Neck. The donor will also receive a Lighted Column in the Memorial Hallway of North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. The Center will be named as such in perpetuity.
